My unusual specialty is called dischargeability of taxes in bankruptcy, and it is an option most people are not aware of.

My other tax clients are often people who have overwhelming personal or business debts. Some are small businesses with unpaid payroll taxes. I also represent people facing IRS audits or charges of tax evasion.

Most of my tax cases are settled without going to trial, but I routinely represent clients in federal district courts and before the US Tax Court.

My extensive knowledge and success with the IRS will serve you well. I know what needs to be done and can do it efficiently. I charge on an hourly basis at a rate that is both fair and reasonable. My standard retainer is in the $1,500 to $2,000 range.
